Speaker seeks Advocate General advice on Mani C. Kappan MLA disqualification

The Hindu reports that the Kerala Speaker has sought advice from the Advocate General regarding a petition to disqualify MLA Mani C. Kappan. A Mumbai-based businessman filed the petition following Mr. Kappan's conviction in cheque-bounce cases.
