Bombay High Court addresses legal concerns over Mumbai CEC protest detentions

The Hindu reports that the Bombay High Court stated it will not permit detentions that violate the law during the CEC protests. The Bench instructed the petitioner to document the detentions in Mumbai and scheduled the next hearing for October 19.
